ABOUT US

Clean South Africa (CSA) would like to make a difference to the lives of poor communities in fighting diseases and combating child mortality by improving access to basic sanitation.  Clean South Africa (CSA) would like to recycle and distribute used hotel soaps, lotions and shampoos to the needy and poor communities in South Africa.

To reduce infectious diseases such as Diarrhoea, Typhoid ,Cholera and Ebola.  We will also assist in greatly reducing the carbon footprint in South Africa.

People living with HIV/AIDS neglect health, hygiene and sanitation.Hygiene reduces opportunistic infections and lengthens    the time period between infection and full blown AIDS.This intern  extends the period which HIV sufferers can be socially and  economically active.

Basic hygiene gives an upliftment to the physical and psychological improvement of an individual family / community.

CSA would like to work with mainly the hospitality industry as well as with corporates and other communities in South Africa to donate their used soap so that CSA can recycle and sanitise it.  Thereafter it will be donated to all the needy communities in the areas in South Africa.

Enlisting the hotels to place bins in which to collect the used soap.  Our staff/ volunteers will pick up this soap and bring it to the plant for recycling and sanitising.  The soap will thereafter be remoulded and bagged. The surrounding NGO’s will collect this soap and distribute it to the needy communities.
